  • Single Touch Payroll - An electronic Tax File Number Declaration Form is required to be completed and submitted with an Employees first pay run

  • Single Touch Payroll - Adding a new Employee by clicking either New icon in the Employee List Window will now prompt entry of the TFN Declaration before a pay run can be composed for them.

  • If the Employees Date Hired was within 2 days of the pay run, the Accrual Calculator would not calculate Accrual Balances correctly.

  • Single Touch Payroll - When processing a pay run, an STP file would not be created if the Period End Date of the current pay run was before the Period End Date of the previous pay run. STP should only be referring to the Payment Date for file creation and submission

  • Single Touch Payroll - Payments to foreign residents cannot be reported under STP. Therefore if Are you an Australian Resident for tax purposes? is No, the employee will not be included in your STP submissions.
